A Research Society Fellow and Qualified Practitioner, Lisa thrives on building partnerships, inspiring fresh thinking, and creating ever-better ways of doing things.
Managing Director & Partner
Phil brings almost two decades of research experience to every project.
Telecommunications, energy, banking, FMCG – Phil has directed some of Australia’s largest research clients across many industries.
Driven by people’s underlying motivations, Phil’s commercial focus reflects his academic training in marketing and psychology. His appetite and use of new technology makes him an indispensable leader at Lewers.
Head of Strategy
Nick leads strategy for Lewers having worked with the team since 2021 .
Experienced in insight-led brand positioning, naming, innovation, portfolio strategy and brand activation. He has a keen interest in new product development as well as the repositioning of brands for future success.
With over 30 years of experience and UTS educated, Nick has led marketing teams at Mars, Uncle Toby’s and Nestle and, most recently, successfully ran the APAC region for brand consulting firm, Landor Associates.
Head of Qual Insight and Innovation
Anne-Marie joined Lewers in 2019. A classically trained qualitative researcher, she brings over 25 years of experience to everything she does with Lewers.
With an innovative eye, strategic mindset, and research nous Anne-Marie has built her capability at research firms as diverse as Sweeney Research and The Key Response.
In 2022, she won Best Presentation at The Research Society’s Human Insights Conference.
Director of Operations
Lara joined Lewers in 2009 as a Senior Consultant. Since then, she’s worn diverse hats: from managing Lewers own consumer panel to Community Manager.
Now, she’s our Director of Operations – and she couldn’t imagine working anywhere else.
Lara has been in research since the 1980s, fuelling the growth of brands such as The Nielsen Company. Having grown with Lewers for close to a decade and a half (and counting), Lara embodies the principle that Lewers is about people – not just profits.
Director of People and Culture
Andy has been leading Lewers’s Human Resources team since 2019. His distinguished career includes two decades in HR outsourcing and recruitment with AML Resources – and five years as Research International’s General Manager.
Andy’s wealth of experience complements an equally impressive skillset. He counts coaching, management, and talent assessment among his strengths – not to mention a passion for the wonderful world of market research.
Senior Director – Research & Insights
Kate has worked on both the client and agency sides throughout her career. With over twenty years experience gained working across research, media, advertising and consumer products, Kate has demonstrable expertise in understanding what consumers are thinking and how this informs cutting edge business strategies.
Kate is passionate about the role which research and insights play as part of a broader approach to creating long-term, commercial success.
Senior Director – Research & Insights
Andrew began his Lewers journey in 2014 as a Senior Consultant. Now a Senior Director, Andrew’s focus is ensuring Lewers’ research and insights are delivered to a high standard.
Andrew has a strong attention to detail, is meticulous in his research delivery, and responsive in client servicing. He prides himself on a deep understanding of the categories he works in. He enjoys working closely with clients and stakeholders to get to the heart of the insight and guiding future strategy.
Andrew has 16 years’ experience across both client and agency sides, with a particular expertise in setting up and leading large Brand & Ad trackers.
